高光注射成型中变模温技术的应用与研究

摘　　要：论述了变模温在高光注射成型中的重要性,分析比较了蒸汽加热、高压过温水加热、电加热、高频电磁感应加热、半导体加热、红外线辐射加热这几种变模温方法,指出其优缺点,为高光注射成型技术的发展提供了可以借鉴的方向。Several dynamic mold temperature controlling techniques in rapid heating cycle molding （RHCM）,including steam heating,high-temperature water heating,heat pipe heating,electromagnetic induction heating,semiconductor heating and infrared radiation heating were introduced and analyzed.The development direction of rapid heating cycle molding was discussed.
