摘　　要：目的了解双流县农村居民健康素养现状情况,为制定有针对性干预措施提供依据。方法 2008年采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,确定522人为调查对象,一次性横断面入户问卷调查,内容为基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能共79项问题。结果双流县2008年农村居民健康素养基本知识和理念知晓率是63.0%,生活方式与行为形成率是62.9%,行为、基本技能形成率是59.4%。结论双流县农村居民健康素养达到了《全国健康教育与健康促进工作规划纲要(2005-2010年)》中西部农村居民健康知识知晓率为60%、行为形成率50%以上的指标。Objective To understand the situation of residents＇ health literacy in Shuangliu county and provide reference for making largeted intervention strategy.Methods An indoor interview and questionnaire survey were conducted among 522 residents selected by stratified cluster random sampling.The questionnaires gathered 79items of information including basic knowledge and ideas,healthy lifestyle and behavior,basic skill,etc.Results The awareness rate of basic knowledge and ideas of health literacy was 63.0%,The formation rate of life style and behavior was 62.9%,and the formation rate of basic skill was 59.4%.Conclusion the awareness rate of health related knowledge of residents in Shuangliu achieved index（over 60%）,and also the formation rate of behavior achieved over 50%.
