失恋对大学生恋爱态度和心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的调查恋爱、失恋对大学生恋爱态度和心理健康的影响,为大学生恋爱心理辅导提供依据。方法采用恋爱态度量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对不同恋爱经历的221名大学生进行问卷调查及个别访谈。结果有无失恋的大学生在恋爱态度上有明显差异(t=0.134,P=0.00);失恋大学生心理健康水平明显低于无失恋大学生(t=2.796,P<0.01),在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性因子上差异显著,失恋后又重新恋爱的大学生在敌对倾向上有所缓解,无恋爱大学生与初恋大学生身心健康状况无显著差异。结论恋爱和失恋明显影响大学生恋爱态度的现实性,失恋对大学生心理健康会产生不良影响。Objective To investigate the impact of love experience and lovelorn affairs on college students＇ love attitude and mental health,to provide the basis for psychological counseling of college students.Methods Surveys and individual interviews were conducted in 221 college students with different love experience by adopting love attitude measurement chart and SCL-90 symptom chart.Results Love attitudes of college students distinctly varied by love experience and love status.Obvious symptoms of compulsion（t=0.134,P=0.000）,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoia and insanity in the mental health of the college students suffering from disappointment in love were identified（t=2.796,P〈0.01）,the hostility could be relieved in the mentality to a certain extent for those being in love again.There were no significant differences in physical and psychological health status between the college students who were in their first love and those without love experience.Conclusion Love experience,especially disappointment in love brings obvious impacts on the reality of college students＇ love attitude.Disappointment in love results in ill effects on the mental health of college students.
