补肾活血颗粒治疗帕金森病运动并发症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾活血颗粒对帕金森病(PD)患者运动并发症及美多芭用量的影响。方法:将120例PD患者网上在线随机分成治疗组60例和安慰剂对照组60例。其中治疗组服用补肾活血中药,对照组服用安慰剂,2次/d,两组均以美多芭等西药为基础治疗。两组患者均以3个月为治疗观察期,采用双盲设计,疗程结束后带药随访6个月观察。采用统一帕金森病评定量表第3版第4部分(UPDRSⅣ)评定患者治疗前后运动并发症症状的变化。结果:在治疗观察期中治疗组UPDRSⅣ表的第3部分有统计学意义(P<0.01),随访观察期中UPDRSⅣ表评分治疗组均较对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中异动症有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究过程中未发现明显不良反应。结论:补肾活血中药可以改善PD患者运动并发症症状,且疗效随治疗时间延长而增加。Objective： To study the effects of Bushen Huoxue Granules on related sport complications in Parkinson’s patients and the dose of Madopar. Methods： 60 patients were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly, the control group was treated with placebo and treatment group with Bushen Huoxue Granules, both groups based on Madopar treatment. Double-blinded clinical trial was adopted in treatment period. Follow-up period for 6 months, UPDRSⅣ was adopted to measure related sport complications at baseline time, after 3 months and after 9 months. Results： Bushen Huoxue Granules treatment group showed a higher efficacy than the placebo group in relieving the sport complications of Parkinson disease patients, especially in follow-up period （P0.05）. No adverse effects were found in this trial. Conclusion： Bushen Huoxue Granules can markedly relieve the sport complications in Parkinson’s patients. The effects were obvious along with the process of treatment.
