摘　　要：月经不调病种繁多、证型复杂,临床表现多样,杨家林教授诊治月经不调积累了丰富的临床经验,形成了临床独具特色的思辨特点,提出从"太过、不及"辨治月经不调,拟定清经、补经两大系列方剂,治疗月经频多太过、稀少不及,能提纲挈领、执简驭繁,并取得确切疗效。Irregular menstruation can manifest numerous diseases, complicated differentiation types and symptoms, Pro.YANG Jia-lin makes differentiation and treatment of menopathy based on ‘excess and deficiency’ according to the theory and her experience, and forming the two series of formulas（dispersing and tonifying） to treat menopathy, which can guide the clinic work by it’s simple and practicable principle.
