骨伤科外敷中药现代剂型的研究进展

摘　　要：随着制药技术的进步和药用新辅料(特别是高分子药用材料)的应用,骨伤科外敷中药正在由传统剂型向现代剂型转型,具有代表性的现代剂型主要有巴布剂、涂膜剂、凝胶剂及湿敷贴剂。科研人员对上述剂型进行了质量评价、透皮特性、药物毒理学等方面的实验研究,并经临床应用,大幅提升了疗效。但骨伤科外敷中药现代剂型的研究和开发力度还明显不足,需要进一步更新观念、应用新技术、加快研究和开发适合临床的现代药物新剂型的步伐。With the advances in pharmaceutical technology of new materials and medicinal （especially high polymer medical materials） applications, orthopedic external formulations of TCM is transforming into a modern formulation, the representation of the modern formulations are cataplasm, balm, jellies and wet compress patch. Researchers conduct a quality evaluation of dosage forms, transdermal, drug toxicology and other aspects of experimental research, and by clinical applications, dramatically improves the efficacy. However, there were significant shortage in research and development of modern formulations of external application of orthopedic medicine. It needed further new ideas, positive application of new technologies, accelerate research and development of new formulations of clinical pace of modern drugs.
