复方贞术调脂胶囊血清药物化学的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:对复方贞术调脂胶囊(FTZC)进行血清药物化学研究。方法:利用HPLC建立FTZC给药后大鼠血清指纹图谱,通过比较FTZC原药、给药血清及空白血清的HPLC图谱,结合色谱峰的保留时间和紫外光谱分析,确认灌胃FTZC后大鼠血中移行成分及其代谢产物,并通过对照品对部分原型成分进行鉴定。结果:FTZC给药后血清中发现有28个药源性成分,其中10个为原型成分,18个为代谢产物。结论:28个血中药源性成分可能是FTZC的体内直接作用物质。Objective： To have a serum pharmacochemistry study on Fufang Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Capsule （FTZC）. Methods： HPLC fingerprints of FTZC and serum of rats after oral administration of the capsule were established with serum pharmacochemistry method. To identify the constituents originated from the capsule and their metabolites in the serum, HPLC fingerprints of FTZC and rat serum with or without FTZC were comparaed with the retention time of peaks and UV spectra, some prototype constituents of FTZC in rat serum were identified by authentic standards. Results： 28 constituents were found after oral dosing of FTZC, of which 10 were prototype constituents, 18 were metabolites. Conclusion： 28 Constituents contained in the blood and metabolites were the bioactive constituents of FTZC.
