摘　　要：目的:调查上海市延吉社区糖调节受损人群的中医体质分布情况。方法:从延吉社区45-74岁常住居民中随机抽取2 228人行空腹血糖试验,对筛检出的178例糖调节受损人群进行中医体质判定。结果:延吉社区糖调节受损人群的中医体质构成与糖耐量正常人群不同(χ2=44.065,P<0.0001),糖调节受损人群多见的体质类型是平和质(29.21%)、气郁质(20.79%)、气虚质(17.98%)和阳虚质(13.48%),糖耐量正常人群主要的体质类型是平和质(33.77%)、气虚质(28.57%)和阳虚质(20.78%),由于样本量较小,糖调节受损人群在不同年龄和不同性别人群的体质构成无明显差异(χ2=11.634,P=0.625;χ2=6.927,P=0.422)。结论:延吉社区糖调节受损人群的中医体质类型以平和质、气郁质、气虚质及阳虚质为主,与血糖正常人群的体质构成不同。Objective： To investigate the distribution of constitutional types in patients with impaired glucose regulation （IGR） in Yanji community in Shanghai. Methods： A group of 2 228 randomly selected adults, aged 45-74 years, living in the Yanji community in Shanghai, were measured by fasting plasma glucose （FPG） testing. To determine and analyze TCM constitution of the screening 178 patients with IGR. Results： The composition ratio of constitutional types in IGR and normal groups was distinct （χ2= 44.065, P0.0001）. The main constitutional types of IGR were gentleness type （29.21%）, qi-deficiency type （17.98%）, yang-deficiency type （13.48%） and qi-depression type （20.79%）. The main constitutional types of NGT were gentleness type （33.77%）, qi-deficiency type （28.57%） and yang-deficiency type （20.78%）. There was no significant difference of composition ratio indifferent age and gender groups （χ2=11.634,P =0.625; χ2=6.927,P =0.422）. Conclusion： Gentleness type, qi-deficiency type, yang-deficiency type and qi-depression type are common types of constitution. The composition ratio of constitutional types is different in IGR and normal population.
