摘 要:本文通过大量的实验,借助SEM 及EDAX分析,仔细观察了高质量单畴YBCO大块超导体表面生长花纹及其生长十字线的形貌,弄清了该类晶体表面花纹的形成原因.ab 面沿水平方向生长样品表面的十字花纹,是由于在籽晶基础上沿ab 面外延生长出来的相互垂直的两个123 晶体相互生长碰撞,在其对角线上形成相遇时的痕迹所致,并提出了相应的晶体生长模型。The morphology of the across traces on the top surface of single domain YBCO bulk samples have been clearly revealed, the morphology of the across trace is closely related with the growth style and the anisotropy of the growth rate between a (or b ) axis and c axis. It is found that there are many fish scale like YBCO layers well connected each other on the top surface of the samples. In this sample the c axis is normal to the top surface, which indicates that YBCO crystal starts to grow from the center to the edge along a (or b )axis in all the four regions divided by across traces, and so the traces are forming a 90°angle when the four regions meet each other, and the clear traces are formed just because of the slightly difference in height of YBCO crystal between adjacent region.
