摘  要:采用电凝聚技术,对活性艳蓝X—BR模拟染料废水的电凝聚脱色过程进行研究,考察各种参数对脱色效果的影响,并对其脱色机理进行了初步分析。研究表明:采用电凝聚方法可以使活性艳蓝X—BR模拟染料废水的色度得到有效去除;处理时间、电解电压、废水初始浓度、初始pH值、搅拌强度、添加电解质浓度、极板间距等参数均对处理效果有影响,在最佳实验条件下多次重复,色度平均去除率可以达到98.8%。红外光谱扫描结果分析表明,该脱色过程主要是染料分子发生氧化还原反应,分子结构中的酮在电解过程中被氧化成醇和羧酸,磺酸根被氧化成硫酸根,碳—氮双键变成O=C=N。Electro-coagulation method was adopted to treat the simulated reactive blue X—BR dyeing wastewater,evaluated the removal rate of decoloration from the simulated wastewater.Factors such as electrolytic time,electrolytic voltage,dye concentration,stirring speed,initial pH,electrode spacing,electrolyte concentration were respectively studied.Results showed that all these factors can affect the removal of chroma.The average removal rate of chroma can achieve 98.8%.The chemical character and structure of the resultant after electroanalysis was studied using FTIR,and it can be seen from the mechanism analyse course that,oxidation-reduction happened on the dye molecules during the course of electroanalysis of the Reactive Blue X—BR dyeing wastewater,thus ketone is oxidized to be alcohol and carboxylic acid,and sulfonic is oxidized to be sulfate,Carbon-Nitrogen bond become OCN.
