摘　　要：就攀枝花新钢钒提钒炼钢厂转炉作业区转炉一次除尘系统、转炉二次除尘系统及脱硫扒渣烟气除尘系统在几年的运行中分别存在的问题进行了分析,主要包括由于炼钢工艺变化引起的除尘系统能力不足,原设计参数不太合理及原系统中设备配置不足等,对于以上问题提出了相应的改进思路并实施了相应的除尘改造,改造以后取得了较好预期效果。The existing problems in the long term operation of the primary and secondary dedusting systems of converter and the dedusting system of desulphurization slag skimming process were analyzed in the vanadium Abstracting steel making plant,Panzhihua（New） Steel and Vanadium Co.,Ltd.The improving measures for the running ability of dedusting systems,design parameter and equipment configuration were presented.The technique reform based on the analysis was carried out and ideal results were obtained in the three dedusting systems.
