比索洛尔对原发性高血压的疗效及左心功能影响

摘　　要：目的探讨比索洛尔在治疗原发性高血压中的疗效及对左心功能的影响。方法通过对济源市卫校附属医院内科经治的126例原发性高血压患者应用比索洛尔治疗,治疗8周后观察患者的心率、血压及左心室功能参数的变化情况并和治疗前进行对比。结果其中有109例显效,12例有效,总有效率为96.03%。治疗前,患者收缩压、舒张压、心率分别为(155.6±12.1)mm Hg、(102.8±9.4)mm Hg、(88.1±8.5)次/min,而在治疗后分别为(127.2±13.4)mm Hg、(84.5±10.3)mm Hg、(63.8±3.9)次/min,两者对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在左心室功能方面,在治疗前SV、CO、LVEF、LVES分别为(56.29±5.90)ml、(5.21±0.43)L/m、(47.31±4.45)%、(25.24±2.16)%,而在治疗后分别为(56.21±6.19)ml、(5.17±0.65)L/m、(46.52±4.56)%、(24.68±1.85)%,两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而E/A在治疗前为(0.65±0.19),治疗后为(0.79±0.43),两者对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔在治疗原发性高血压疗效确切,临床效果满意,并且可以有效的改善左心室的功能。Objective To explore the effects of bisoprolol in the treatment of primary hypertension and on the left cardiac function.Methods Totally 126 patients of essential hypertension were treated with bisoprolol in our hospital.To observe the variations of heart rate,blood pressure and left ventricular function parameter of patients before and after treatment,then did comparation after treated for eight weeks.Results Totally 109 cases were powerful and 12 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 96.03%.Before the treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of patients were respectively for（155.6±12.1）mm Hg,（102.8±9.4）mm Hg,（88.1±8.5）times/min,and after treatment,respectively for（127.2±13.4）mm Hg,（84.5±10.3）mm Hg,（63.8±3.9）times/min,both comparisons were statistically significant（P0.05）.On the left ventricular function,the SV,CO,LVEF LVES before the treatment were respectively for（56.29 ±5.90） ml,（5.21±0.43）L/m,（47.31±4.45）%,（25.24±2.16）%,and after treatment they were（56.21±6.19） ml,（5.17±0.65） L/m,（46.52±4.56）%,（24.68±1.85）% respectively.The comparisons were not statistically significant（P0.05）.And before treatment E/A was（0.65±0.19）,after treatment it was（0.79±0.43）,the comparisons were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions There was definite effect and satisfactory clinical effect of Bisoprolol in the treatment of primary hypertension,and can improve left ventricular function effectively.
