摘　　要：根据"中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要",以及"国务院关于推进社会主义新农村建设的若干意见",在分析国内新农村规划普遍存在的突出问题的基础上,结合工程实例,从科学发展的角度,调整和完善了理论指导和规划手段,探讨了湖北新农村规划的设计模式。According to ＂The People＇s Republic of China National Economic and Social Development 11 th 5 year Planning Outline＂ ,analyze the ubiquitous problem of our country＇s new country planning and combine the project embodiment. Have probed into the design mode of new country planning of Hubei in terms of scientific development.
