强心通脉颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察强心通脉颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将40例气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组(20例)采用西药常规治疗,治疗组(20例)在对照组治疗基础上加用强心通脉颗粒,疗程均为4周。观察患者的心衰疗效及治疗前后心功能分级、明尼苏达生活质量量表、6 min步行距离。结果强心通脉颗粒能明显改善气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能及6 min步行距离,提高患者的生活质量,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强心通脉颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭疗效确切,有明显提高患者生活质量的作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of strong heart arteries particles in the treatment of chronic heart failure（CHF）and its effect on life quality.Methods Forty patients of chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（20 cases） treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group（20 cases）with strong heart arteries particles additionally,with a course of 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect on CHF and the changes of cardiac function,Minnesota QOL,6 minutes walking distance before and after treatment were observed.Results The strong heart arteries particles improved the cardiac function,6 minutes walking distance and QOL of CHF patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type.It has significant difference compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The strong heart arteries has good effect on the treatment of CHF patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and obviously improve the patient＇s quality of life.
