摘  要:山西省万家寨引黄一期工程157 km隧洞,有122 km采用6台双护盾全断面掘进机施工。本文就总干线6#-7#-8#隧洞采用双护盾全断面掘进机施工中,隧洞衬砌系统设计、六边形混凝土预制管片初步设计等进行了总结分析,介绍了六边形混凝土管片的内力、应力计算方法、计算参数选取和混凝土等级和钢筋配制参数确定,对类似工程有一定借鉴作用。The phase I of Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi Province includes tunnels with the total length of 157 kin; among which 122 km tunnels are excavated with six double-shield TBMs. The design of the lining system for the tunnels, preliminary design of the hexagon-precast concrete lining segment, etc. for the constructions of the No. 6, No. 7 and No. 8 tunnels of the main line of the project excavated by the double-shield TBMs are summarized and analyzed herein, and then the method for the calculation on the internal force and stress of the hexagon-precast concrete lining segment, the selection of the calculation parameters, the determination on the parameters of the concrete grade and the reinforcement arc analyzed as well. All of these can provide a certain reference for the similar project.
