摘　　要：在英国宗教改革时期,亨利八世针对社会上出现的危害王权行为,颁布了多部叛逆法,涉及投毒、保护王室婚姻和王位继承、"王位至尊"以及国王的统治能力等方面。这些叛逆法虽然较为严酷,却有力地推动了英国宗教改革的发展。研究这些法律,将为认识英国宗教改革的发展历程以及英国王权的强弱嬗替提供一个新的视角。In the period of the England Reformation,Henry Ⅷ promulgated many rebellion laws against the social behaviour to harm the imperial power,involving many respects such as poisoning,protecting the marriage of royal family,the succession of throne,＂the supremacy of throne＂,etc.These laws are relatively cruel,yet they powerfully promote the development of England Reformation.Studying these laws will afford a new visual angle to understend the development of England Reformation and the rise and fall of England royal right.
