摘　　要：作为科教前沿的高校,可在新能源利用、建筑节能等方面进行实践,并应以基建规划管理部门为主体,推行低碳、节约的理念、管理方法和技术措施,建设低碳校园,为社会各界起到示范带头作用。The colleges,owning the frontier science and technology,should practice new energy and energy efficiency and other aspects.Taking their infrastructure planning and management departments as the subject,carries out the idea of low carbon and saving,management theory and technology measures,and constructs the low carbon campus for playing an exemplary role.
