摘 要:针对灾害越来越多地以综合形式出现,而目前仅考虑单灾种对城市地下空间安全的影响不能反映实际情况的问题,结合城市地下空间的特点,在地下空间致灾机理研究的基础上,考虑各灾种的致灾特点及其相互影响,建立了由"灾害本身危险性"、"地下空间抗灾性能"2个一级指标、12个二级指标、43个三级指标组成的城市地下空间多灾种安全综合评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价法对城市地下空间的安全进行分析评价.实例应用结果表明,仅考虑单灾种对城市地下空间安全的影响是不全面、不科学的,必须考虑各灾种间的相关性.Since more and more disasters have occurred in an integrated form,considering the influence of only one kind of disaster on the safety of urban underground space currently cannot reflect the actual situation.Based on the characteristics of the urban underground space as well as the researches on the hazard-formation mechanism,a comprehensive multi-disaster safety evaluation index system for the urban underground space,consisting of 2 first-level indices of "Risk of disaster itself" and "Disaster resistant performance of underground space",12 second-level indices and 43 third-level indices,was established by considering hazardous characteristics and interaction of various disasters.The safety of urban ground space was analyzed by use of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results of case studies indicate that considering the influence of only one kind of disaster on the safety of urban ground space is incomplete and unscientific,and the correlation among various disasters should be taken into account.
