路志正辨治胸痹心痛经验

摘　　要：路志正教授善调脾胃以治疗胸痹。治疗肾心痛,宜抓住肾虚的本,兼顾心痛的标;辨治肝心痛当首辨病位、脏腑与气血。路老在胸痹临证中还善于运用调和营卫法治疗,首选桂枝汤。Professor Lu Zhizheng is good at adjusting the spleen and stomach to treat chest stuffiness. The treatment of kidney heartache should be based on the elementary, cause kidney deficiency, taking into account the secondary cause heartache at the same time; differentiation of disease location, zang fu organs and qi and blood should first be taken into account while differentiating and treating liver heartache. Professor Lu is also good at harmonizing nutrient aspect and defense aspect to treat the disease, with the preference of Guizhi Decoction.
