基于图书时效性构建弹性借阅制度

摘　　要：大多数图书馆图书的借阅期限是以读者类型为依据所确定的,这种借阅制度忽略了图书有效性所带来的读者需求的变化,不能充分利用图书的效用。本文结合文献老化理论,提出了以图书时效性为依据的弹性借阅制度,这种新的借阅制度可以充分利用图书的时效性,满足尽可能多的读者需求,真正实现书尽其用的图书馆思想。Borrowing - period is founded on the type of readers in many libraries, but this system can not take full advantage of books before aging. This paper puts forward a new flexible borrowing and reading system by the theory of document - aging, which can satisfy more reader＇s demands and real- ize the full advantage of books .
