摘 要:合成Keggin型稀土磷钨酸钕,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱和X射线衍射等方法表征磷钨酸钕的结构,结果显示,NdPW_(12)O_(40)具有Keggin型结构。以苯甲醛为原料,NdPW_(12)O_(40)为催化剂,制备1,1-二乙酸酯,考察催化剂用量和反应时间对缩醛反应的影响,结果表明,在室温无溶剂、n(苯甲醛):n(乙酸酐)=1:3、NdPW_(12)O_(40)用量0.10 g和反应时间5 min条件下,苯甲醛转化率达98.87%,1,1-二乙酸酯选择性达99.42%。NdPW12O40 with Keggin structure was synthesized and characterized by IR and XRD. 1,1-diacetate was synthesized using benzaldehyde as the raw material and NdPW12O40 as the catalyst and the influence of catalyst dosage and reaction time was investigated. The results indicated that the catalyst possessed Keggin structure. Benzaldehyde conversion of 98.87% and selectivity to 1,1-diacetate of 99.42% were attained under the reaction condition as follows : room temperature, free solvent, n (benzaldehyde) : n ( acetic anhydride) = 1:3 ,catalyst dosage 0.10 g and reaction time 5 min.
