针灸推拿学专业建设经验及基本思路的探讨

摘　　要：回顾广州中医药大学针灸推拿学专业近30年的历程,从专业设置、人才培养、教学管理、师资建设等方面分析阐述其发展的基本理念及成效。探讨针灸推拿学专业的建设经验和思路。在针灸推拿学专业设置方面,应该做到以下几点:①坚持面向社会、面向国际,走层次化、多元化道路;②坚持人才培养要狠抓基础、强调实践、关注身心;③坚持教学管理要监督与激励并行;④坚持师资队伍建设要重视教师综合素质的培养,提倡以教学为中心,以科研反哺教学,以临床促进教学。The basic ideas and achievements in development of acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina specialty were analysed from the aspects of specialty provision,talent training,teaching management and teacher troop construction through reviewing the history of acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina specialty in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine for 30 years.The author explored the experience and thinking in the construction of acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina specialty and indicated that ①facing society and the world,and taking hierarchic road;②putting emphasis on basic theory,clinical practice and physical and mental health in talent training;③persisting in parallel supervision and incentive in teaching management;④paying attention to improve teachers＇ comprehensive quality in the teacher troop construction,and encouraging scientific research repaying teaching and teaching being promoted by clinical practice.
