摘　　要：本文阐述我院集成麻醉临床信息系统，实现麻醉记录单与其他麻醉过程中各种医疗文书的电子化与电子签名，使用基于组件式跨系统的麻醉医嘱电子签名，使我院电子病历无纸化得到进一步的完善。This paper describes an integrated anesthesia in our hospital clinical information systems to achieve anesthesia during anesthesia record sheet and various other electronic medical instrument and electronic signatures, cross--system--based component of anesthesia prescription electronic signatures, electronic medical records to a paperless hospital Of further improvement.
