摘　　要：目的：探讨脾保留性手术在临床中的应用。方法：自20世纪80年代初至2007年1月共对211例病人施行了脾保留性手术。其中男性165例，女性46例。年龄13～56岁，平均38岁。脾损伤I71例，门静脉高压症9例，脾囊肿10例，胰体尾部疾病21例。结果：全部病例均获治愈。129例术后随访3个月至3年，主要指导标为白细胞试验、免疫球蛋白、脾脏B超、CT及ECT等，效果均较为满意。结论：只要遵循保脾治疗的基本原则，脾保留性手术在临床中应用安全、可行，值得推广。To keep sexual purposes the operation in clinical application, in the way from ： in the early 1980s to january, 2007, 211 patient to keep sexual the operation of the spleen, male and female, 165 46 cases, the age of 13 - 56--year--old, the average age of 38. the damage 171 example, the discharge of the high 9 cases, the good example, the tail of 10 the disease 21 example. ： All the cases have been a cure. 129 example follow--up after three months to three years, the main guidelines for the test, immunization globulins occurring, b before, ct and ect, the effect is more satisfactory conclusion .. just follow, the basic principles of the treatment, the retention of the operation in clinical application of safety and practicable, it is worth promoting.
