摘　　要：目的探讨锁定加压接骨板（LCP）治疗肱骨近端骨折的初步效果。方法应用锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折21例,男16例,女5例;年龄21~68岁,根据Neer分型,Ⅱ型4例,Ⅲ型14例,Ⅳ型3例。结果 21例患者均获随访,随访时间6~18个月,平均13.5个月,骨折均愈合。Neer评分,优10例,良8例,可3例,优良率85.7%。结论应用锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折具有固定牢固、血供破坏少等优点,是肱骨近端骨折治疗的可行方法。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of locking compression plate（LCP） for proximal humeral fractures.Methods 21 cases of proximal humeral fractures were treated with LCP.There were 16 males and 5 females,aged from 21 to 68 years.According to Neer types,4 cases were classified as Ⅱ,14 as Ⅲ and 3 as Ⅳ.Results Twenty-one cases were followed up for 6 to 18 months,average 13.5 months,and all fractures were union.According to Neer shoulder score,the result was excellent in 10 cases,good in 8 and fair in 3,the excellent and good rate was 85.7%.Conclusion Locking compression plate for proximal humeral fractures has such advantages as stable fixation of the fracture and less disturbance of the blood supply.It is an effective method to treat proximal humeral fractures.
