摘　　要：目的深入了解儿童在心脏介入术中出现的特殊类型并发症。方法收集2004—2009年346例实行心脏介入治疗患儿的病例资料,总结分析。结果手术不成功率为2%;非介入相关的其他血管出血者2例(0.5%);出现神经系统症状者46例(13%);血液系统异常者2例(0.5%);不明原因腹痛者27例(7.8%);尿储留者16例(4.6%)。结论术中应对患儿的头部及相关部位进行射线防护,避免X线的长时间照射;重视患儿的术后临床症状。Objective To deep understanding the special complication of cardiovascular interventional therapy in children.Methods 346 cases of children who were implemented cardiovascular interventional therapy from 2004 to 2009 were summarized and analyzed.Results The operation failure rate was 2%,non-related artery bleeding in 2 cases（0.5%）,46 cases（13%） of neurological symptoms,2 cases（0.5%） of hematological abnormalities,27 cases（7.8%） of unexplained abdominal pain and 16 cases（4.6%） of acute urinary retention.Conclusion Head and related parts of the body in children should be protected in operation and avoid prolonged exposure to X-ray.Clinical symptoms after operation should be heeded.
