摘 要:目的:检测血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)浓度并与血清肌酐(Cr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血β2微球类蛋白(β2-MG)进行比较,从而评价血清胱抑素在糖尿病患者的早期诊断的价值.方法:应用颗粒免疫比浊法测定177例糖尿病伴有肾脏损害患者(肾功能正常45例,轻度异常48例,中度异常32例,重度异常52例)的血清Cys-C浓度,并与血清BUN、血清Cr、血β2-MG进行比较.结果:糖尿病肾病各型患者血清CysC与β2-MG水平升高,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),糖尿病肾功能中、重度异常组Scr水平明显高于对照组 (P〈0.05).血清Cys-C浓度与β2-MG相关系数(r =0.8267,P〈0.01),差异有显着性.结论:血清Cys-C浓度是一个灵敏的肾小球滤过率的标志物,能用于评价糖尿病患者的肾功能状况.Purpose: To test Serum cystatin C (Cys--C) concentration and compare with serum creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum β2--Ball protein (β2--MG) ,in order to evaluate the value of serum cystatin in the early diagnosis. Methods: To apply the Particles lmmunoturbidimetry to determine concentration of serum Cys--C of 177 cases of diabetes associated with kidney damage(45 patients with normal renal function, mild abnormalities in 48 casee,moderately abnormal in 32 cases, 52 cases of severe abnormalities) ,and compare with serum BUN, serum Cr, serum β2--MG. Results: Levels of serum Cys--C and β2--MG of Diabetic nephropathy in mild, moderate and severe levels tended to increase, significantly higher than the cantrol group (P〈0.05), but levels of Scr was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05) only in diabetic renal and severe abnormal group. Serum Cys--C concentration and β2--MG correlation coefficient (r = 0. 8267, P 〈0.01), the difference was significant. Conclusion:Serum Cys--C concentration is a sensitive marker of glomerular filtration rate and can be used to evaluate the status of renal function in diabetic patients.
