基于模糊综合评判法的开发区土地集约利用研究

摘　　要：用模糊综合评判法对开发区进行土地集约利用评价，为开发区土地集约利用评价思路方法提供参考．运用模糊综合评判法以及RAGA—AHP集成作为研究方法，以南京浦口经济开发区为例进行开发区土地集约利用研究，结果显示南京浦口经济开发区土地集约利用水平为IIl级，即一般集约．结论表明采用模糊数学的思想，以高低优劣等级作为结果形式，探索一条既不影响评价工作又具有合理说服力的评价思路，为今后在此方面的研究提供参考．The purpose of the paper is to use Fuzzy Synthetic Decision method to carry out the assessment of intensive land use of development area, in order to provide a reference for the evaluating ideas of intensive land use of development areas. Based on the case of Pukou Economic Development Area in Nanjing, Methods of Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation and RAGA -AHP integrated approach were employed. The results indicate that the degree of intensive land use of Pukou economic development area belongs to level Ⅲ, which is the general intensive level. It is concluded that adopting the ideas of Fuzzy Mathematics and using high ＆ low or good ＆ bad grade as the form of the results could be an evaluation thought which will not affect the evaluating process, while it is more reasonable and convincing. It will provide references for future research in this field.
