摘  要:目的:探讨促红组胞生成素(EPO)联合蔗糖铁治疗血液透析患者肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法:本样本回顾分析我科2009年1~12月门诊及住院收治的80例慢性肾衰竭(CRF)行透析的肾性贫血患者,运用EPO联合蔗糖铁治疗贫血的临床资料。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,两组患者治疗后均明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后RBC、HCT、Hb观察组均高于对照组但差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组未发生不良反应;对照组有2例发生短暂性的腹痛、1例肌肉疼痛,未停药而自行缓解。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组血肝肾功能指标均无明显变化。结论:蔗糖铁联合EPO是治疗缺铁性血液透析患者肾性贫血的有效方法,可较好地改善血透患者的贫血状况,无明显不良反应,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective:Investigate the clinical efficacy of erythropoietin (EPO) combined with iron sucrose in treating renal anemia of patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on samples of 80 renal anemia patients' clinical data during their therapy of EPO combined with iron sucrose, all subjects were diagnosed as CRF from January to December of 2009 in our department's out-patient and in- patient divisions and therefore applied with dialysis.Results:The total effective ratio of the observation group was prominently superior to the control group, while curative ratios of the two groups after the therapy were remarkably higher than ratios before it,both with statistical significance (P〉0.05). RBC,HCT, Hb levels of the observation group after the treatment were all higher than which of the control group, but without statistical significance (P〉0.05).The observation group was without reports of adverse reactions; while the control group with 2 cases of temporary abdominal pain and 1 case of myalgia,all ameliorated without stopping the therapy. Adverse reactions between the two groups without significant difference(P〉0.05). Indexes of blood, hepatic and renal functions without obvious variations.Conelusion:EPO combined with iron sucrose was an effective way to treat renal anemia with iron-deficiency of patients undergoing hemodialysis,the therapy could better ameliorate patients' anemic situation without prominent adverse reactions, and was worth being further promoted in clinical practice.
