摘　　要：目的:探讨镇定钢板断裂的原因,提高应用锁定钢板治疗骨折的临床疗效。方法:2007年5月至2010年1月收治15例锁定钢板断裂的病人进行回顾性的分析研究。结果:本组14例有早期负重;1例术中植入同种异体骨发生骨不愈合。其中9例内固定选择有误。结论:严格应用此类内固定的手术适应症,操作规程;有计划的指导病人功能锻炼,定期复查。Objective：to explore the causes of locking plates fracture, application of locking plates the clinical curative effect of fractures.Methods：A retrospective analysis of the 15 cases of fracture of locking plates who had been admitted plate broken in our department from May 2007 to January 2010.Results：The group of 14 by too early weight-bearing,1 case occurred in bone nonunion which implant allograft bone.9 cases wrong selection of internal flxators.Conclusion：Strict application of such internal fixation for the surgical indications and operating procedures,There are patients planned guidance functional exercise and regular-examination.
