摘 要:本文用轻度烧伤动物模型研究了烧伤后红细胞变形性的变化。结果发现,轻度烧伤后红细胞变形指数随时间的变化有一先抑后扬的变化趋势。烧伤后立即取血所得结果与烧伤前比较未见显著性差异;烧伤后1、2 h 时变形指数显著降低(P< 0.01, P< 0.05);4、7 h 时所得结果略低于烧伤前水平,但未见显著性差异(P> 0.05)。对照组假性处理后各时间点的红细胞变形指数、积分变形指数与假性处理前比较均未见显著性差异。提示本模型中红细胞变形性的受损,可能只与体液因素的作用有关,而与热的直接作用无关。Changes in erythrocyte deformability after burn injury were studied with an animal model of mild burn injury. The results showed that the burn injury cause a gradually decrease with time at first and then recovery in deformability of RBCs. Deformation index [ (DI) max ]and integration deformation index ( IDI ) of RBCs that drawn just after burn were almost identical to those before burn injury. These parameters significantly decreased at 1, 2 hour but not at 4, 7 hour when compared with those before burn injury ( P <0.01 or P <0.05), However, the RBCs were still less deformable at 4, 7 hour. The difference between DI, IDI at all time point and those before injury were not statistically significant ( P >0.05) in sham group. These results suggested that the impaired deformability of RBCs may be related only to the body fluid factors but not to the direct effect of heat with this animal model.
