药物累积法测定丁公藤注射液的表观动力学参数

摘　　要：用药物累积法测定丁公藤注射液的表观动力学参数。结果表明:丁公藤注射液在小鼠体内符合一房室开放式模型,测得K=0.033h-1,T1/2=20.961h,Cl=0.066kg/(kg.h)等参数,为临床用药提供参考依据。Apparent pharmacokinetic parameters of Dinggongteng Injection were determined with drug accumulation method.The results indicated that one compartment open model was the best to describe dynamic change of this injection in mice.The apparent pharmacokinetic parameters are as follows: K =0 033h -1 , T 1/2 =20 961h, Cl =0 066kg/(kg.h).The results can provide referential basis for the use of this injection in clinical practice.
