摘  要:在高温条件下,由淀粉和甲醇/乙醇合成了甲基葡萄糖苷(MEG)和乙基葡萄糖苷(ETG),根据正交试验,确定了最佳的反应条件。即MEG和ETG的最佳反应条件分别为:淀粉(以葡萄糖计)与醇的摩尔比1∶15和1∶7.5,反应温度140℃和150℃,催化剂用量占淀粉摩尔数的0.6%和0.75%,反应时间为30 min和120 min。在膨润土浆中润滑性和抑制性评价结果表明,MEG在含量大于30%,ETG在含量大于20%条件下,具备较好的降低膨润土浆润滑性和抑制泥页岩水化膨胀的能力。Methylglucoside (MEG)and ethylglucoside(ETG) were synthesized from starch and methanol/ ethanol at high temperature. The optimum reaction conditions for synthesis of MEG and ETG were determined by orthogonal test as follows : molar ratio of starch ( based on the amount of glucose) to alcohol 1 : 15 and 1:7.5 respectively,reaction temperature 140 and 150 ~C respectively, dosages of catalyst based on the moles of glucose 0.6% and 0.75% respectively, reaction time 30 and 120 minutes. MEG and ETG was evaluate on the lubricity and inhabitance in the bentonite mud. The result showed that MEG and ETG had good lubricity reduction effect and inhabitanee from expansion of shale by water with the content of MEG and ETG above 30% and 20%.
