摘 要:采用适度压缩膨胀石墨的方法制备了用于含油污水处理的过滤膜。通过处理江汉油田采油污水的实验,研究了膨胀石墨过滤膜的密度和渗透通量等因素对膨胀石墨过滤膜的强度、除油效果以及除油能力的影响。结果表明,随着膨胀石墨过滤膜的密度增加,膜的强度随之提高,但渗透能力下降;增加膨胀石墨过滤膜的密度,可降低处理后水中的含油量,但同时也会降低膜的渗透通量,从而降低处理污水的效率,密度约为0.025 g/cm3的过滤膜能兼顾除油效果和处理污水效率;当膨胀石墨过滤膜密度和厚度一定时,降低污水通过膜的速度,可使处理后水中的含油量降低。密度为0.025 g/cm3的膨胀石墨过滤膜一次性处理江汉油田采油污水的能力约为16.1 L/g。The expanded graphite filter membrane (EGFM) for oil field produced water treatment was prepared by compressing expanded graphite moderately. The influences of the density and permeation flux of EGFM on membrane strength, oil removal effect and oil removal ability were investigated by treating oil field produced water of Jianghan oil field. The experimental results show that the strength of EGFM increases with the density of EGFM, while the permeation flux of EGFM decreases at the same time. The oil removal effect on the oil field produced water can be improved by increasing the density of EGFM, but the treatment efficiency decreases oppositely. The EGFMs with density of about 0. 025 g/cm^3 have both suitable oil removal effect and treatment efficiency. The oil removal effect on the oil field produced water can be also enhanced by de- creasing the flux velocity of oil field produced water when the density and thickness of EGFM are at constant a- mounts. The treatment ability of EGFM with density of 0.025 g/cm^3 for oil field produced water of Jianghan oil field is about 16.1 L/g by one time.
