先天性尿道憩室6例报告

摘　　要：目的：总结对先天性尿道憩室的诊治经验。方法：回顾性分析６ 例本病患儿的临床资料。结果：除１ 例行憩室造口者术后形成尿瘘，经二次尿瘘修补术治愈之外，其余５ 例均一期行憩室切除加尿道修补术，其中４ 例痊愈，１ 例术后发生针孔样尿瘘，１ 个月后自行愈合。５ 例获得１～５ 年随访，均排尿通畅，会阴部包块消失，排尿性膀胱尿道造影结果正常。Purpose:To elucidate in diagnosis and treatm ent of the congenitaldiverticulum of urethra.Methods:A retrospective analysis of6 congenitaldiverticula ofurethra w as conducted.Re- sults:The diverticulectom y and repair ofurethra w as perform ed in 5 patients w ith diverticulum of urethra.4 casesbeing cured and one case urethralfistula autom atically cured afterone m onth.Only one diverticutom ied case form ed urethra fistula after being operated w ith diverticulectom y and re- pair ofurethra w hich hasbeen operated w ith repair ofurethralfistula secondly.The patientw as fi- nally cured.Follow -up of1～5 years in 5 patientsshow ed thatthey urinated sm oothly,perineoscro- talcyst disappearing.Results of urethracystography during the period of urination w ere norm al. Conclusions:Stage Ⅰdiverticulectom y and repair ofurethra w as effective m ethed for treatm ent of congenitaldiverticulum ofurethra.
