摘　　要：论述了研制与生产家电用无铬耐指纹热镀锌钢板的一系列关键问题,包括处理剂的开发和钢板生产技术。介绍了处理剂的组成和物理性质,无铬耐指纹膜的性能,带钢表面质量控制技术,耐指纹涂层质量控制技术。分析了无铬耐指纹皮膜膜重及其均匀性、带钢表面粗糙度和带钢表面质量对钢板相关使用性能的影响。通过采用合适的无铬耐指纹药剂和合理的生产工艺参数,开发的钢板各项性能指标均达到交货技术标准,成为以电脑机箱为代表的家电用新型材料。The paper discusses the key points in development and production of Cr-free anti-fingerprint galvanizing sheet used for household appliances, including the development of treatment agent and production technology. The chemical analysis and physical properties of agent, performance of Cr-free anti-fingerprint film, quality control technologies of strip surface and anti-fingerprint coating is introduced separately; and the influences of the weight of anti - fingerprint film and its uniformity, surface roughness and surface quality of strip on the usage properties of the Cr-free anti-fingerprint hot- dip galvanizing sheet are analyzed. Adopting the suitable chemical agent and the reasonable process parameters, the various properties of the Cr-free anti-fingerprint hot-dip galvanizing sheet conform to the technical norms for delivery, and it becomes the new material for household appliances such as computer case.
