摘  要:为提升烟气排放冷却塔后的集尘装置性能,大多企业已将以往使用的电除尘器更换为布袋除尘器。烟气冷却分为湿式冷却法和干式冷却法两种。采用干式冷却法不需要排放,也不需要进行排水处理,优点是喷雾水量少于湿式冷却法。介绍了干式冷却法的设计方法包括喷嘴的布置、风道实验和模拟测试方法。To improve the performance of the dust collector which is followed after the cooling tower used for the emitted flue gas, most of the electric dust collectors used before have been replaced with the bag house. It is known that the gas cooling method can be classified into wet cooling and dry cooling. When the dry cooling method is adopted, neither the exhausting nor the wastewater treatment is needed. And moreover, one of the advantages in dry cooling method is that the water consumption is much less than the wet cooling method with water spray. This paper introduces the design method of dry cooling tower used for mist spray water cooling the emitted flue gas, discusses the distribution of water spray nozzles, and describes the experiment of wind tunnel and method of simulation test.
