摘  要:目的探讨水溶性塑料薄膜对斑马鱼的毒性,为其安全使用提供依据。方法以具有代表性的水生动物斑马鱼为试材,采用静态法进行水溶性塑料薄膜的毒性评价,用直线内插法计算斑马鱼的半数致死浓度(LC50)值。结果 LC5024、48和96 h分别为2.75%、2.20%和2.20%。结论水溶性塑料薄膜对斑马鱼有较强的毒性,因此对水环境中的生物具有较强的生态毒性,应该加强对其的使用管理。Objective To discuss the toxicity of water-soluble plastic film to the zebra fish,provide the basis for its safety handling.Methods Zebra fish taken as the representative aquatic animal was used as the test material;static method was used to carry on the toxicity assessment of water-soluble plastic film,LC50 value was calculated with the straight line interpolation.Results LC50 of the zebra fish in 24,48 and 96 h were 2.75%,2.20% and 2.20%,respectively.Conclusion The water-soluble plastic film has the strong toxicity to the zebra fish,therefore in the adding water environmental biology has the strong ecology toxicity,its use management should be strengthened.
