摘 要:目的建立固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱技术测定水果中尼索朗的检测技术。方法采用硅镁吸附剂固相萃取小柱净化样品;C18250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm色谱分析柱,流动相:乙腈∶水(70∶30),流速1 ml/min,检测波长225 nm,柱温:30℃。结果方法的检出限为0.05 mg/kg,回收率为90.4%~93.9%,相对标准偏差为6.15%。结论该方法具有准确度高,精密度好,能够满足水果中尼索朗的检测要求。Objective To establish the detection technique on determination of nissorum in fruit by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) with solid phase extraction.Methods The extracts were purified by a silica magnesium sorbent column.The chromatographic column was C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(70∶30).The flow rate was 1 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was 225 nm,column temperature was 30℃.Results Detection limit of the method was 0.05 mg/kg,recovery rate was 90.4%-93.9%,relative standard deviation was 6.15%.Conclusion The method is accurate and suitable for determination of nissorun in fruit.
