子宫全切除术治疗子宫腺肌症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫全切除术治疗子宫腺肌症的疗效。方法:收集子宫腺肌症151例,均采用腹腔镜阴式子宫切除术治疗。结果:151例均治愈出院,1例术后1年持续腹痛,各种检查为发现异常,1年后疼痛缓解,住院天数6～13天,平均9.5天。结论:子宫全切除术治疗子宫腺肌症疗效显著,值得推广。Objective： Discussion womb total excision technique treatment uterine gland muscle＇s sickness curative effect. Methods： Collects the courtyard in the March,2010 2011 year in March uterine gland muscle sickness 151 examples, uses the peritoneoscope cloudy - like womb excision method treatment. Result： 151 examples are discharged, 1 example technique latter 1 year continues the abdominal pain, each kind of inspection is unusual for the discovery, 1 year later the ache alleviates, in hospital number of days 6 - 13d,average 9. 5d. Conclusion：The womb total excision technique treatment uterine gland muscle sickness curative effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
