摘　　要：目的:探讨胆囊切除患者中腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)与开腹胆囊切除术(OC)两种术式不同的护理方式及临床疗效。方法:将胆囊切除患者分为LC组50例和OC组50例,并对两组术式不同护理方式的疗效进行分析。结果:两组手术相比,LC组可大大减轻基础护理负担,术后患者可早期离床活动,缩短了住院时间。结论:LC术由于具有安全、组织损伤轻、出血少等微创优点,已成为治疗胆结石患者的首选方法。Objective:To investigate cholecystectomy patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy two different surgical methods clinical care.Methods:Cholecystectomy were divided into LC group and OC group,two surgical methods for analysis different care.Results:Compared two groups surgery,LC group basis can greatly reduce burden of care,shorter postoperative hospital stay.Conclusion:LC patients as a safe,tissue damage,less bleeding,have become the preferred method treatment patients with methool gallstones.
