加强口腔科管理,预防院内交叉感染

摘　　要：口腔科患者和病原携带者体内存在大量的病原微生物,会随着对患者的检查和治疗,可能通过血液、咳嗽、口水、喷嚏等方式污染牙科周围环境,因此加强加强口腔科管理,预防交叉感染是保护患者和每个口腔科医护人员的的一项重要措施。本文从合理划分口腔科诊治,符合传染病防治流程,加强对医护人员的管理,加大对诊断桌、窗台、地面的消毒,口腔设备和器械的消毒管理等方面进行阐述,提出了相关的管理措施和消毒方法,以切实做到预防交叉感染。Dental patients and the pathogen carriers there are a lot of pathogenic micro- organisms in vivo, will with the examination and treatment of patients, possibly through blood, coughing, saliva, sneezing, etc. con- taminated dental environment, thus enhan- cing the strengthening dental management, prevention of cross - infection is to protect dental patients and each is an important measure of health care. In this paper, a reasonable division of dental treatment, meet the infectious disease process, strengthen the management of health care,increase the diagnostic tables, window sills, floor disinfection, disinfection of dental equipment and instruments and other aspects of management of explanation and put forward the related management measures and disinfection methods to prevent cross - infection and make sure.
