胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术实施专科化管理的成效

摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术实施专科化管理的成效。方法:在手术设备、环境、人员相对固定的前提下,选择60例采用"专科性定人参与"方式配合的胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术为实验组,选择60例采用传统的"随意性全面参与"方式配合的同种手术为对照组。分别对两组平均每台手术时间、手术医师对护士配合满意度、胸腔镜设备使用熟练度、胸腔镜器械清洗合格率进行比较。结果:实验组平均每台手术时间为(2.76±0.23)h,对照组为(3.19±0.62)h;实验组手术医师对护士配合满意度为95.56%,对照组为66.11%;实验组胸腔镜设备使用熟练度为97.5%,对照组为81.67%;实验组器械清洗合格率为100%,对照组为86.67%;上述指标两组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术实施专科化管理可明显提高手术室工作质量和工作效率,利于器械保养,延长器械使用寿命。Objective： To explore the management effectiveness of thoracoscope lung bullous resection under implementation of specialized subject.Methods： Select 60 cases using ＂participation＂ specilist cooperate basing the thoracoscope lung bullous resection as experiment group;Select 60 patients with the traditional ＂optional＂ approach cooperate involved in the same surgery as control group.The average time,surgery physicians for the nurse with satisfaction,thoracoscope equipment use skilled degrees,thoracoscope instrument cleaning rate were compared in the two groups.Results： In experimental group,the average operation time was（2.76±0.23） h,in the control group was（3.19±0.62） h.The surgeon satisfaction of nurses was 95.56% in experimental group and 66.11% in control group.The thoracoscopic equipment proficiency was 97.5% in experimental group and 81.67% in control group.The pass rate of cleaning equipment was 100% in experimental group and 86.67% in control group.The two groups were significantly different（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Thoracoscopic resection of lung bullae implement specialized management can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of operating room,which will help equipment maintenance,extend equipment life.
