摘　　要：目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在不同类型软组织损伤及缺损修复中的应用。方法:回顾分析我科2007年至2010年收治的36例不同类型软组织损伤及缺损患者应用VSD的治疗效果。结果:36例患者创面全部愈合。结论:VSD在软组织损伤及缺损修复治疗中具有良好疗效。Objective： To study the application of vacuum sealing drainage in repairing different kinds of soft tissue wounds and defects.Method： From 2007 to 2010,36 patiens with different kinds of soft tissue wounds and defects,treated with vacuum sealing drainage in our department were retrospectively analyzed.Result： All the cases were healed absolutly.Conclution： Application of vacuum sealing drainage in repairing different kinds of soft tissue wounds and defects is effective.
