创建心内科优质护理示范病区的实践与成效

摘　　要：目的探讨创建优质护理示范病区的实践方法与效果。方法在心内科开展具有专科特色的优质护理示范病区,加大人力资源配置,改变原有的护理工作模式,公示并落实分级护理、基础护理服务项目及标准,加强突出心脏介入专科特色的护理安全及风险管理的方法。结果提高了基础护理质量及患者满意度,增加了直接护理时间,减少了护理文书的书写时间,降低了介入术后常见并发症的发生率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论创建优质护理示范病区对全面提升护理质量具有积极的推动作用。Objective To explore the methods and effects of establishing high - quality nursing demonstration ward in cardiology departments. Methods In the cardiology department,high - quality care was implemented with special characteristics. The specific measures included promoting allocation of human resources, modifying nursing mode, identifying and posting basic nursing items and standards of different nursing grades, innovating nursing security and risk management methods of interventional cardiology specialists. Results The scores of nursing quality and patients satisfaction increased. The direct nursing hours increased while the time for nursing records reduced. Complications after cardiac interventional operation reduced. The differences were all significant （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The course of establishing high - quality nursing demonstration ward in cardiology departments plays a positive role in comprehensively enhancing the quality of nursing.
