摘 要:目的探讨消化内科开展优质护理服务的方法与效果。方法实行患者包干责任制整体护理;护士分层使用;调整排班及各班工作职责,优化工作流程;在护理服务质量控制、绩效考核等方面进行积极探索和改革。结果患者及医生对护理工作满意度和护理质量明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展优质护理服务可以提高患者满意度和护理质量。Objective To explore the methods and effects of implementing high - quality nursing service in department of gastroenterology. Methods The specific measures included implementation of the responsibility system of holistic nursing, hierarchical use of nurses, adjustment of work schedule and responsibilities, optimization of work flow, active exploration and reform in the aspects of nursing quality control and performance evaluation. Results The satisfaction of patients and doctors to nursing work and the quality of nursing work were improved. The differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Carrying out high -quality nursing service can improve patients'and doctors'satisfaction to nursing work and increase the quality of nursing.
