三级甲等医院不同科室对男护士的需求及认知状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解现阶段三级甲等医院不同科室对男护士需求及认知状况,为医院男护士人才合理配置及科学管理提供依据。方法采用自制问卷对5所三级甲等综合医院不同科室患者及家属和医护人员进行调查。结果调查对象认为最需要和适合男护士从业的科室分别为急诊科(73.19%)、精神科(72.46%)、手术室(70.65%)、骨科(55.43%)、监护室(46.74%)和泌尿外科(42.03%),不同科室对男护士的接受度及认为男性是否适合从事本科室护理工作差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);身体素质好、心理承受能力强、有胆量、应急能力强、更具理性和逻辑思维是男护士最主要的职业优势。结论认为最适合、最需要和接受男护士的科室主要分布在精神科、急诊科、手术室等科室,男护士优势价值在这些科室能得到很好的体现。Objective To explore the demands and recognition for male nurses in different departents of 3 A - level hospitals, and provide theoretical ba- sis for reasonable allocation and scientific management of male nurses. Methods Five 3A - level hospitals were recruited and a self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate the patients and their relatives, and medical staffs in different departments. Results The data showed that departments which most need male nurses were emergency departments （ 73. 19% ） , psyetliatrie wards （ 72.46% ） , operating rooms （ 70.65% ） , orthopedics departments （ 55.43% ） , ICU （.46.74 % ） and urological surgety departments （42.03 % ）. The differences of acceptance and appropriation about male nurses in different departments were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Good physical status, psychological bearing ability, courage and strong emergency ability, more rational and logical thinking were the most important professional advantages of male nurses. Conclusion The departments,which are suitable and have the most strong demand for male nurses, are psychiatric departments,emergency departments,operating rooms and so on. The advantages of male nurses can be fully demonstrated in these departments.
