摘  要:目的探讨培养具有多学科知识、技能与综合实践能力的高素质临床护士的方法。方法通过培训课程的设置、实施、管理和考核认证,对40名护士进行培养,并对其急救与监护能力、综合能力和一般自我效能感进行评价。结果培训后护士急救与监护能力得分、综合能力得分较培训前明显提高,护士的一般自我效能感明显提升,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以能力为导向开展临床护士通科培养能有效提升不同岗位护士的胜任能力,提高护士对自身能力的信心。Objective To discuss the methods about how to train high -quality clinical nurses with multi -subject knowledge and skills, and comprehensive practice abilities. Methods After the establishment, implemention, management and assessment of training, a total of 40 nurses received the training, and their emergency treatment & monitoring ability,comprehensive care ability and general self - efficacy were evaluated. Results After training,the scores of emergency treatment & monitoring ability and comprehensive care ability improved obviously, self - efficacy of the involved nurses were significantly higher than before (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The ability - oriented and comprehensive training for clinicl nurses can effectively improve nurses'post competence and self - confidence.
