摘　　要：探讨了构建远程医疗护理系统的构想及其管理制度,具体描述视频教学系统、会诊指导系统、患者信息远程管理系统、急救系统、医学数据库和投稿系统等子系统的应用,分析了远程医疗护理系统存在的难题。The paper discussed the conception and management system of the distant medical care system, and mainly described the application of video teaching system, consultation system, patient information management system, emergency system, medical database and paper submission system in detail. It also analyzed the the problems of the system.
