祖师麻叶化学成分的研究

摘　　要：研究祖师麻叶的化学成分,开发祖师麻叶的药用资源。应用溶剂提取法、萃取法和柱色谱技术对祖师麻叶的化学成分进行提取分离。依据光谱数据(核磁共振碳谱、氢谱)和理化性质鉴定了7个化合物的结构,分别为伞形花内酯(1)、7-羟基-8-甲氧基香豆素(2)、正二十九烷(3)、4',7-二羟基-5-甲氧基黄酮(4)、祖师麻甲素(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)。化合物1～4、6和7均为首次从该植物叶中获得。该研究为进一步开发利用祖师麻叶提供了科学依据。To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Daphne giraldiiNitsche.Extraction,solvent-solvent partition and column chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purification of the ingredients.The structures were elucidated on the basis spectral data（1HNMR,13CNMR） and chemical evidences.Seven compounds were determined as umbelliferone（1）,7-hydroxy-8-methoxy-coumar（2）,nonacosane（3）,4＇,7-dihydroxy-5-methoxyflavone（4）,daphnetin（5）,daucosterol（6）,sitosterol（7）.Compounds 1-4,6 and 7 are isolated from the leaves of Daphne giraldiiNitsche.for the first time.The study provided scientific proof for the exploitation and utiliza-tion of the leaves of Daphne giraldiiNitsche.
